The price payable for goods you order along with carriage charges is as stated on our website at the time you place your order. We do however reserve the right to change the price of goods without notice. The contract price shall be the price current at the date of despatch of the goods. There could also be times where errors occur on our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to honour any web site price if there is such an error.

All goods can be returned to Toolshack within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less the carriage and handling costs, provided the goods are in the original packing and are in new condition. No returns can be received for credit without prior authorisation. Once goods have been received and are deemed to meet our returns requirements a credit will be issued within 7 working days. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The company warrants that the goods will correspond to their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you are unfortunate to have a warranty item we may offer repair, exchange or refund according to the nature of the said item. Warranty failures will be collected by Toolshack – all collections must be accompanied by our Goods return number and proof of purchase. Toolshack will not accept any liability for down time / or consequential loss due to warranty failures. Please note that after inspection should the fault found be a non manufacturing fault, Toolshack will charge for the collection / delivery cost and an automatic 15.00 Pound service inspection charge will apply.

Orders may be cancelled by contacting sales@toolshack.co.uk or in writing to Toolshack. If the goods have not yet been sent then a full refund will be given. If however the items have been dispatched then goods can be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
